How allowances and billing work
The trial is available once per eligible account and lasts 7 days. Its allowances do not reset. It does not automatically become a paid subscription; choose Starter from Billing in your account.
Starter is a recurring USD $19 monthly subscription billed through Paddle. It renews automatically until cancelled. Manage billing or cancel from your account. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues through that period.
Widget and Test-chat questions share the same question allowance. Sources are active or pending knowledge-base items. Embedded tokens measure content processed for your knowledge base; imports, refreshes, reimports, replacements, and custom-answer question embedding consume this allowance. Each source is limited to 50,000 extracted tokens.
When an allowance runs out, the corresponding action stops; there are no overage charges. Starter question and embedded-token allowances apply per billing period. Source limits are capacity limits, not monthly import allowances.
